Every Newmark Home has a one-year limited warranty and a two-year structural warranty. It is a privilege to ensure our homeowners have peace of mind, knowing our Customer Care Team is there to help.

Upon receipt of a request, our Care Team will contact you to review any items, and answer any questions you may have. If the item is in need of review, our team will schedule an inspection/repair within 30 days. Please remember that, due to circumstances beyond our control, some repairs may extend beyond this 30 day time frame.
